Love, beauty, compassion.
Three hats.
That’s all.
Affirmations.
I am happy.
Aren’t I?
Love, beauty, compassion.
Three hats, each a different color and texture.
And yet, they know each other.
Don’t ask me.
The — is a sign of nature.
Meaningless in itself,
much like the en dash.
Unless you assign meaning to it.
Like letters in love,
meaning is all
you’re left with
and, sometimes,
that’s not enough.
